* Negociação inexistente. A ação terá início exclusivamente no momento em que a polícia ingressar no perímetro da ação. (É obrigatória a entrada no rádio para mediação da ação)
* É proibido marcar a porta que dá acesso à água;
* A área aquática poderá ser utilizada exclusivamente para entrada ou saída do túnel do NIÓBIO, independentemente do tipo de ação.
* É proibido marcar a P2 da escada (A marcação é permitida somente a partir da porta automática)
* É terminantemente proibido que bandidos utilizem a P2 para sair e realizar rush para fora do NIÓBIO.
* É proibida a permanência de bandidos do lado externo do NIÓBIO.
* Proibido veículos dentro do perímetro.
